Thompson Kessler Taps Threshold

Thompson Kessler Wiest & Borquist PC has selected Threshold from a talented group of Portland-based web design firms to redesign and rebuild their corporate website.  Thompson Kessler has long sought to provide a more personal brand of professional accounting services to their clients since their inception over 25 years ago. 

As a fellow professional services firm, we not only identify but hugely respect that mission.  After our first meeting with their team, we instantly knew these weren’t your prototypical accountants.  They have a great sense of humor and they care about their brand at the same time.  And they are accountants?  That settled it in our mind - we were in.

Much to our delight, this group of straight-laced number crunchers like to have fun and have a great sense of humor.  Which is strange.  Because they’re…accountants.

We’ll be on a mission to help them craft their message, translate that message into a modern and intuitive design, and finally build out that design using a standards-based HTML5 approach that is driven by a customized content management system (CMS). Well also try to begin to understand how these guys are are so good at what they do and still so much fun to interact with.  Seriously.  Accountants.
