Threshold Signs NF, Inc.

We’re thrilled to announce we were chosen today to help one of the most worthy non-profit organizations in the country.  After a national search, Chicago-based Neurofibromatosis, Inc. (NF, Inc.) selected Threshold to completely redesign and redevelop the organization’s website. 

NF, Inc. is a national, tax-exempt, charitable organization whose mission is to create a community of support for those affected by NF.  The organization seeks to do this through education, advocacy, coalitions, raising public awareness, and supporting research for treatments and a cure for Neurofibromatosis (commonly abbreviated NF).  NF is a genetically-inherited disorder of the nervous system in which the nerve tissue grows tumors (i.e., neurofibromas) that may be harmless or may cause serious damage by compressing nerves and other tissues.  This progressive disorder affects all races and both sexes equally.

NF is one of the most common genetic disorders in the United States (one in every 3,000 to 4,000 births).
