Ponzi Wine Bar
Ponzi Vineyards rests in the heart of the Chehalem Mountains, an Oregon region renowned for great wines. The Ponzi family also owns and operates the Ponzi Wine Bar, which features a wide variety of vintages and producers, along with a light fare food menu. The wine bar had no formal online presence, leading Ponzi to seek out our help. Not only did they want a home for the wine bar, but the site had to give them the ability to sell their wines online.
Threshold set off to build a technologically complex site that was easy for the Ponzi staff to use and maintain. We did so by integrating a Content Management System that not only drove the content sections, but the eCommerce capabilities as well. Ponzi was given the ability control everything on the site, right down to a wine’s availability.
What followed were rave reviews. A solid structure, notes of wow, and a long finish of awesome. Ponzi Wine Bar, vintage 2009.
