Ruby Jewel Treats is a Portland, Oregon based maker of all things heavenly. And that’s not just us saying that, it’s everyone. Seriously. About the only down side to their product is that once you try one you will be instantly and forever hooked. No really, just ask Oprah.
So what does a maker of such divine goodness do when they need to completely overhaul their existing site, and turn it in to something worthy of their flavors by creating a virtual showcase that melts anyone and everyone’s will power? Send over some ice cream sandwiches and ask for our help, that’s what.
Besides the obvious want of a killer design, Ruby Jewel wish list included the ability to control content the site’s content themselves, a blog to reach out and grown their following, and the inclusion of a shopping cart system so people all over the country could partake in their yuminess. We presented three distinct design options, and after they fell in love with one - it was on to implementing a CMS and eCommerce solution.
The results? Simply delicious.
